Implant-borne restorations from single zirconia crowns and screw-retained crowns to Toronto hybrid prostheses and bar-retained overdentures. Every design is based on the digitally captured implant position.

Digital Implant ZirconiaDigital implant zirconia covers metal-free zirconia crowns and bridges designed on implant libraries from scan-body data and produced, depending on the clinical situation, as screw-retained or cement-retained restorations.View Screw-Retained Implant Crown (Laser)A screw-retained implant crown with a laser-sintered Cr-Co framework and porcelain veneering, screwed directly onto the implant: retrievable for maintenance and free of the risk of subgingival cement residue.View Toronto Bridge (Hybrid Denture)A Toronto bridge is a screw-retained hybrid prosthesis for the edentulous jaw, carrying denture teeth and pink gingiva on a rigid framework. We design it digitally and produce passive-fit frameworks by laser sintering or CAD/CAM milling.View Implant Bar OverdentureA bar overdenture is a removable implant-supported denture that clips onto a bar splinting the implants. We design the bar digitally from the tooth set-up and produce it in Cr-Co or titanium.View

Success in implant prosthetics depends on transferring the implant position accurately and achieving a passive fit of the superstructure. We digitise your intraoral scan taken with scan bodies, or your implant impression, and design the restoration using the implant libraries in 3Shape or Exocad.

  • Digital implant zirconia: Zirconia crowns and bridges on custom abutments or titanium bases.
  • Screw-retained implant crown (laser): Restorations on laser-sintered Cr-Co frameworks, fixed by screw.
  • Toronto prosthesis: Implant-supported hybrid fixed prosthesis for the edentulous arch.
  • Bar prosthesis: Overdenture retained on a bar connected to the implants.

Screw-retained or cemented, screw channel position, emergence profile and access for hygiene are decided with you during design. Titanium premill abutments and components produced on our 5-axis CAD/CAM milling unit or by laser sintering all follow the same digital plan, and nothing is manufactured before you approve it.
