Marjinal CAD — Private Dental Prosthetics Laboratory

A lab focused on marginal fit

Marjinal CAD is a private dental laboratory in Turkey working with dentists and clinics. From fixed prosthetics and implant restorations to smile design and provisionals, we manage every case in a digital workflow. You approve each design before production, and nothing is made without your sign-off.

  1. 01
    Digital precision

Impressions are digitised on high-precision scanners, designed in 3Shape and Exocad and milled on a 5-axis CAD/CAM unit. The marginal fit and occlusion planned in the design are preserved in production.

  2. 02
    Quality materials

We work with zirconia, IPS e.max, IPS Empress, Cr-Co, titanium and PMMA, and fire ceramics in an Ivoclar Vivadent Programat P300 furnace. The material is chosen with you according to the indication.

  3. 03
    Communication and approval

Every design is sent to you as screenshots or a PDF before production. Your changes are applied to the design, and nothing is manufactured without your approval.

  4. 04
    Working with clinics abroad

Digital case intake via STL/PLY files lets us work remotely with clinics in Germany and across Europe. Design approval happens online, and shipping is planned together with you.

Our services

We produce twelve types of restoration in three groups: fixed prosthetics, implant solutions, and digital design with provisionals.

How your case moves through the lab

Every step from case intake to delivery is recorded digitally, and your approval is requested at the points that matter.

Send a case
  1. 1

    Case intake

You send your intraoral scan (STL/PLY) or conventional impression with tooth numbers, shade and material. Conventional impressions are scanned in the lab.

  2. 2

    Digital design

The restoration is designed in 3Shape or Exocad, defining the margin, contacts, occlusion and material-appropriate thicknesses.

  3. 3

    Dentist approval

The design is sent to you as screenshots or a PDF. Any changes are applied, and production starts once you approve.

  4. 4

    Manufacturing

The approved design is produced exactly on the Arum 5-axis CAD/CAM milling unit, by laser sintering or on the 3D printer.

  5. 5

    Finishing and quality control

Sintering, ceramic layering and glazing are completed, with firing in the Programat P300. Each restoration is checked for marginal fit, contacts, occlusion and shade.

  6. 6

    Delivery

The checked restoration is sent to your practice, and the design file is stored in our digital archive.

Technology and equipment

Our software and equipment work on one continuous digital data chain, from design through to manufacturing.

  • Arum 5-axis CAD/CAM milling unit

Mills zirconia, PMMA and titanium premill blanks on five axes, producing angled implant connections and thin margins with precision.

  • Ivoclar Vivadent Programat P300 furnace

Ceramic layering, glaze and IPS e.max crystallisation firings are carried out here with controlled firing programmes.

  • 3Shape

CAD software we use for crowns, bridges, implant superstructures and smile design, fully compatible with 3Shape TRIOS scans.

  • Exocad

Open-architecture design software that works with STL/PLY data from different scanners and extensive implant libraries.

  • Dentalwings

Our additional design platform, giving flexibility with cases that come from different workflows.

  • Laser sintering and 3D printing

Laser sintering produces Cr-Co metal frameworks; the 3D printer produces resin provisionals and mock-ups.

Frequently asked questions

For dentists Dentist portal

Register to send cases, approve designs and track production and shipping.

How do I send you a case?

Send intraoral scan files (STL or PLY) by email or file-sharing link, or send conventional impressions physically. Include tooth numbers, shade, preferred material and any special instructions.

Which intraoral scanners do you accept data from?

We accept iTero, 3Shape TRIOS and Medit data directly. Files from other scanners that export STL or PLY can also be used.

Which materials do you work with?

We work with monolithic and layered zirconia, IPS e.max lithium disilicate, IPS Empress, Cr-Co, titanium, PMMA and 3D-printing resin. We choose the right material with you based on the indication.

Do you work with clinics outside Turkey?

Yes. With digital case intake we work with clinics in Germany and elsewhere in Europe: the scan is sent online, the design is approved remotely and shipping is planned together.

How does design approval work?

We send you the finished design as screenshots or a PDF report. Your changes are applied to the design, and production only starts after your approval.
