Digital Solutions

Our digital solutions are designed to make working with a dental lab independent of distance. You send your case as a file, approve the design on screen and receive the finished restoration, with far less need to ship impressions or schedule extra try-ins.

Digital case submission

Send your intraoral scan files (STL or PLY) by email or file-sharing link. Add tooth numbers, shade, preferred material and any special instructions, and the case is ready to start. Conventional impressions are scanned in the lab and join the same digital process.

Scanner integration

We accept data from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS and Medit intraoral scanners directly. Files from other scanners that export in open formats can also be used. The data is imported into 3Shape, Exocad or Dentalwings and design begins.

Dentist portal (coming soon)

Do you own a clinic, or are you a dentist? Very soon you will be able to register online, send us your impressions and designs, and track your completed work. Until the portal is live, you can continue sending cases by email.

Digital archive

The scan data and approved design file of every case are stored in our digital archive. When a remake, an additional restoration or the step from provisional to final is needed, we work from the same data without a new impression.

Remote and international clinics

A digital workflow makes regular collaboration with clinics in Germany and elsewhere in Europe practical:

• The scan file is sent online.
• The design is approved remotely via screenshots or PDF.
• The approved design is manufactured, quality-checked and shipped.
• Shipping and communication are agreed with you at the start.
