Privacy Policy
How the information you share when using our website and sending us cases is collected, protected and retained.
This privacy policy explains how we handle the information you share when using the Marjinal CAD website and sending cases to our laboratory. The data controller is Marjinal CAD.
Information we collect
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we record your name, clinic name, phone number, email address and message. When you send a case, we process the intraoral scan files, impressions, photos and instructions you provide. When you visit the website, technical logs such as IP address and browser information are kept for security purposes.
How we use it
- To answer your requests and communicate with you
- To design your cases, send them for approval, manufacture and deliver them
- To invoice and meet legal obligations
- To keep the website secure and working
Your information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality of case files
Scan files and designs are used only to produce the case concerned and are stored in environments protected against unauthorised access. To protect patient privacy, we recommend using a patient code or initials instead of the patient’s name. Case images are never published on our website or in promotional material without your explicit permission.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data and case files is limited to people who need it for their work, and appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place.
Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory retention periods set by applicable law. Case files are kept in our digital archive for possible remakes and follow-up treatment; when the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Details of your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 are set out in our KVKK notice. Where the EU GDPR applies to you, you can also exercise the rights it grants. For cookies, please see our cookie policy.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when necessary, and the current version is always published on this page. For any questions, write to [email protected].
